Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Defective Product Notification
   Any defective product must be reported to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Warranty Coverage
   All electrical products come with a 1-month warranty from the date of receipt by the customer.

3. Repair First Policy
   During the warranty period, products will be repaired. If the product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced depending on stock availability at that time.

4. Warranty Voided If Tampered
   Warranty will be void if:

   • The product is tampered with, or

   • Repair is attempted by the customer before it reaches the Elfthc.com.pk warehouse.

5. Proper Usage Required
   Warranty will also be void if the product is not used according to the instructions/manual provided.

6. Warranty Expiry
   Repair or replacement requests will not be entertained after the expiration of the warranty period.

Additional Terms

7. No Extra Attachments Provided
   Elfthc.com.pk does not supply any additional attachments or accessories beyond what is originally included with the product.

8. No Loose Spare Parts Supplied
   We do not provide spare parts during the warranty period.

9. Customer Mishandling or Transit Damage
   Elfthc.com.pk is not responsible for damage caused by:

   • Negligence or mishandling by the customer

   • Damage during transit

10. Refund Policy During Warranty
    No refunds will be issued during the warranty period if the product is repairable or replaceable.

11. Return Process & Charges
    For warranty claims:

• The product must be sent to the Elfthc.com.pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost.

• If the claim is valid, return shipping charges will be borne by Elfthc.com.pk.

12. Return Deductions
    If a product is returned for any reason other than warranty, a 30% deduction will be applied based on the original invoice price.
