 Order Processing & Delivery

Once your confirmed order is received, we arrange delivery through our wide logistics network across Pakistan.

Please note:
While we strive for fast delivery, unexpected factors such as weather conditions, law and order situations, or regional restrictions may cause delays. However, we make every possible effort to process and dispatch your order quickly — because we know how important it is for you to receive your items promptly.

 To ensure smooth delivery, please provide us with a complete and valid billing/shipping address at the time of placing the order.

 Delivery Information

• Orders are delivered by our own logistics team.

• A signature is required upon delivery.

• If someone authorized by you receives and signs for the parcel at the provided address, the delivery will be considered complete and accurate.

• If your home address is unattended, we recommend providing your work address for delivery.

 We offer same-day delivery in select cities, depending on stock availability.

 Delivery Days: Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays)

 Important Notes

• Once the package has been delivered to the provided address, it cannot be rerouted.

• We offer self-pickup service from our warehouse in Islamabad. Contact us for details.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you believe the product is damaged, tampered with, or not in good condition, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
